These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 333y ("333y", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 333y website, mobile platform, casino products, sportsbook, and all associated services available at 333y.bet.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 333y platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. To register and maintain an account on 333y, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only on the 333y platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or overlapping IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 333y reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. This includes maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your login. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 333y support immediately at [email protected]. 333y will investigate the matter but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

333y reserves the right to suspend or close any account, and to withhold or cancel balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behaviour
• Use of software tools, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormancy policy applies)

333y accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. 333y does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or payment methods obtained through fraudulent means.

Deposits are credited to your 333y PKR balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In cases where a deposit is delayed due to network issues or payment provider downtime, please contact 333y support with your transaction reference number for manual verification. 333y is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

333y complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored, and unusual or suspicious deposit patterns may trigger an enhanced due diligence review. During any such review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended pending satisfactory completion of the review.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that is registered in your own legal name and matches the identity documents on file with 333y. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must have completed the 333y KYC verification process to 333y's satisfaction. This typically requires submission and approval of a valid CNIC or passport, and may include proof of address and/or payment method ownership documentation.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the standard business hours timeframe; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take additional processing time depending on interbank settlement schedules. Specific estimated processing windows are displayed in the cashier at the time of withdrawal request.

333y reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request. This is standard compliance procedure and does not imply wrongdoing on your part. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your 333y balance.

General bonus rules applicable across all 333y promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements on expiry will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.

All sports bets placed on 333y are subject to the 333y Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on 333y:

• All bets are placed at the player's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except where the specific sport rules or event circumstances permit cash-out.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 333y reserves the right to adjust limits at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, platform outage, or obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), 333y reserves the right to void affected bets. A palpable error exists where odds are manifestly incorrect and no reasonable player could have genuinely believed they represented the true market price.
• Where the outcome of a sporting event is uncertain due to abandonment, postponement, or external interference, 333y will apply its sport-specific rules to determine whether bets stand or are voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, international matches, and domestic Pakistani cricket — is governed by 333y's Cricket Betting Rules, which address situations including rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, player retirements, and match suspensions.

All casino games available on 333y — including live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, slots, and RNG table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, and Evolution Gaming. Each game is governed by its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption involving players, officials, or third parties connected to sporting events listed on 333y.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your 333y account.
• Money laundering or using the 333y platform as a vehicle for processing funds of illicit origin.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, platform errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (see Section 3).
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Placing bets on behalf of self-excluded players or knowingly assisting circumvention of responsible gaming restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333y platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 333y content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 333y software.
• Use the 333y brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without an express written licence agreement.

Any unauthorised use of 333y intellectual property may constitute infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333y's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333y shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or service interruption
• Losses arising from events beyond 333y's reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment provider outages
• Losses attributable to the player's own breach of these Terms

The 333y platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 333y takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

333y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or operational policy. We will provide advance notice of material changes via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the 333y platform.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting updates — may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the 333y platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure. Continued use of 333y after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the 333y platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333y holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights as a consumer under any mandatory provisions of the law applicable in your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of 333y — including disputes regarding bet settlement, account decisions, bonus outcomes, or withdrawal processing — you should follow this procedure:

Nothing in this dispute resolution procedure shall be construed as a waiver of any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.
